iProofz is currently setup to work out of the box with the US, Canada, all of Eurpoe and Australia. We can customize the cart to work with any country.

No, iProofz is a web based application. Simply point your browser to the URL of your control panel and you will be able to do everything online.

How long does it take for my iProofz to be up and running?

Your iProofz online proofing cart will be ready for use within two business day of signing up. Many times they are ready the same business day.

What kind of support do you provide?

How many galleries and images can I display?

With iProofz you can have an UNLIMITED amount of galleries. Your hosting account comes with enough space to have approximately 40,000 images!

Can I use a domain name I already own?

Absolutely. Once you are ready to go live with your iProofz we simply have you point your domain name to our servers.

I need a domain name. Can iCreations register it for me?

Yes. We can register any available domain name for you when you purchase your site. We charge a discount rate to our clients of only $10 per year for your domain name.

Can I use another hosting company?

No, you must host your iProofz through our company. iProofz control panel is an extremely advanced and powerful web based application. Our Image Bank™ can resize and optimize hundreds of images at a time. Most standard shared hosting can not handle the load required to accomplish this. Each of our servers has been built from the ground up to be optimized for the iFolioz application. Super fast, high end machines loaded with RAM and connected to a redundant, blazing fast network ensure that your site is always available.

I want to keep my domain name and website where they are currently hosted, what can I do?

You can leave your site and domain hosted where they are and we can register an alternate domain name for you. We suggest using the name "cart" or "proof" in the domain. For example, if your main domain name is smithphoto.com you would register smithphotocart.com for your cart domain.

How am I paid by my clients?

iProofz give you the option to give your clients different options. You can enable Paypal Express checkout, pay by check and you can also enable credit card payments with your own merchant account.

Do I need a merchant account to use iProofz?

If you wish to accept credit cards and do not want to use paypal you will need your own merchant account. You will also need to setup an acccount with Authorize.net, whom are a payment gateway processor. Your merchant account company can help you get this setup. Please make sure your merchant account can work with authorize.net before signing up with them, as this is required. This should not be a problem as authorize.net is the largest payment gateway provider on the internet. If you do not already have a merchant account we can refer you to a merchant processor that has great rates and service.

Do I need an SSL (secure) certificate?

If you wish to accept credit cards through your own merchant account you will need an SSL certificate. We can provide you with discounted SSL certificates at a cost of $29.95 per year. We will take care of all the installation for you during setup of your iProofz cart.

Is there a discount available if I own an iCreations site?

Yes. For a limited time, All current template owners receive a major discount off the setup fee and hosting. You can purchase iProofz for a setup fee of only $595 as opposed to $795. You would also receive discounted hosting for your cart at only $10 a month.
